For families overseas

You're far away. They're not alone.

You're abroad; your parent is in Sri Lanka. We arrange care for families like yours every week — video calls with the founders, a live tour of the home, and everything handled remotely, with your eyes on all of it.

The remote journey

Five steps, none of them need a flight

Video call with the founders

Not a sales agent — Dr. Dinali or Dr. Vasika, on a call scheduled for your time zone. Describe the situation; get an honest read.

A live virtual tour

We walk the phone through the home — rooms, garden, dining, the actual day in progress. Recorded copy yours to share with siblings.

Someone visits on your behalf

A relative, a family friend, your mother's neighbour — we host them properly and they report back to you. (And your parent visits too, of course.)

Documentation handled remotely

Agreements signed electronically, payment set up from abroad, medical records transferred with your authorisation.

Arrival day, planned together

Who brings your parent, what comes with them, how the first week is structured — agreed in advance so nobody improvises on the hardest day.

The call window

"How will I know what's happening?"

You'll hear from us — you won't have to chase us. WhatsApp updates with photos from the care team, honest answers whenever you ask, and a direct line to the doctors when something matters. We agree the exact rhythm — what, how often, and to whom — with you at admission, and then we keep it.

"Can we really manage this from overseas?"

Families in Australia, the UK, the US and the Gulf already do — including arranging everything, start to finish, without a trip to Sri Lanka. The testimonial on our home page is from one of them. Worst case, you fly down once for your own peace of mind — not because the process needs you to.

"How do payments work from abroad?"

Routinely — most overseas families pay by monthly bank transfer. We walk you through the details, invoicing and currency notes at the documentation stage, before any commitment.
